Asparagus Sculpted Paper Painting

Description

Asparagus is a wonderful looking vegetable and the perfect subject for painters. With lots of intricate details, this bunch of asparagus will add an unusual but beautiful touch to your kitchen or dining room wall. It is guaranteed to be a conversation piece.

The main body of the painting is painted in oils but leaves are added in paper which stand out slightly from the canvas adding texture and interest.

This asparagus painting is sold but you can commission me to do a similar work. It will not be exactly the same as the one shown because I do like to give everyone something original. The composition and colors will be very similar.

This painting will be worked on a canvas measuring 40 x 50cms. Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping. It is possible that it can be done more quickly but it depends on how many other commissioned works I have at that time.

The canvas will be left unframed but the sides will be painted white so a frame will not strictly be necessary.

With this painting you’ll get a Certificate of Authenticity and a signed Artist’s Statement.
